Cornwall Deli Chain Champions Springtime Plants for the Planet

Studies show that eating more plants and less meat is a great way to eat more sustainably. The meat industry contributes to a huge amount of climate heating emissions, land use and water pollution, which you can reduce by 75% by eating a plant-based diet.


Masterchef quarter finalist Kate Atlee opened Sabzi, a chain of Middle Eastern inspired delis across Cornwall, which offers a different seasonal, local menu every day to make sustainable eating exciting.

I went along to the Sabzi Deli in Falmouth to find out why eating sustainably is important and how they are leading the movement in Cornwall.
